The beginnings of a Barndominium! A barndominium is a metal building, sometimes quite large, that usually has room for both living quarters and a shop or garage area. Barn is 30x72 with loft 30x15 designed to have a full bath. The floor plan has had rough plumbing added for kitchen, laundry, and baths. You can pick it up from here and decide what will be living quarters and what will be garage or shop. The building is from World Wide Steel Buildings from Peculiar, MO. The walls and roof are 29 ga steel. The metal sheets, wall and roof, have a radiant barrier sheeting underneath. The barrier for the walls is between the steel panels and the insulation panels. There is a partial roll of the radiant barrier film inside the building. The frame is structural steel with 6'' Square tubing post that have 6''x 11'' steel bottom plates bolted 18'' deep into the concrete with 5/8'' hook bolts as per the foundation plans....
