Waterfront with a view. We purchase our home in 2018 and installed new electrical, HVAC, flooring, and impact resistant windows. This included a new kitchen with updated appliances and a kitchen island with microwave built in. There is of course plenty of extra storage in the island. We added a butler's pantry with lighted cabinetry for even more storage. It is a great place to keep that coffee maker out of site. The media wall has connections for a 55 or high inch tv. Current televisions pictured do not convey. Both bathrooms were replumbed with higher end toilets and cabinetry with above grade lighting. The master bath includes a glass entry for the walk-in shower. The cleaning of the home is fast and easy as there is a central vacuum installed to keep the floors dust free.
