There is a nice sized pantry off the kitchen which would be plenty big for a half kid AND your big jugs of warehouse mayonnaise (buy two, get one free). Even a laundry room inside. Super nice backyard (or it will be when you are done with it). New roof and mechanicals (like the HVAC) in 2016 and new sewer line in 2019 (who doesn't want a new sewer line? It's #3 on most wanted home upgrades according to Plumbing Vogue magazine). So check this place out. A few caveats however.... first, listing agent does not work with buyers... if you are a buyer you rock, but find an agent to show you and submit offer.
