Primary Bath is cute, but could use some minor updating at some point. Lots of counter space between the BATH area, and the second area that works well for getting ready each morning. Nice walk in closet adjacent to these two areas.

A VERY NICE Garage is 21x23! with lots of cabinets that will convey. Also has a LAUNDRY SINK in garage area! This unit JUST HAD A BRAND NEW ROOF INSTALLED as of MAY 15, 2024! And It was just pressure washed as well - so the driveway and sidewalk areas look nice and clean - much better than photo here.
