Requires a verifiable monthly household gross income of 3 times the monthly rent, a good and verifiable landlord reference, no evictions in the last 10 years. A credit score of 600+ is what is recommended to owners, however we have been known to get approvals with a lesser score, provided the landlord history is very good.
